Dream of Africa Rising

The regions south of Israel, particularly Uganda and Kenya and some of the nations surrounding them to the west and east were highlighted to be raised up in the last days. These regions will play a significant role in the Kingdom of G-d coming to earth. A whole generation of young people have been raised up to be true friends of Israel and their intercessory prayers and weeping have led to the opening of 12 gates in this region of the earth. When the Scripture speaks of “the wealth of the nations” coming to Israel, a great portion of that wealth will come from this part of the world and not from America like many suppose. Now is the time to prepare the hearts of the young people there to learn what it truly means to stand with יהוה – the true G-d of Israel. Many will even begin to learn Hebrew and use Hebrew letters in science and art projects!

Hadassah will play a key role just like Esther did in Persia. She has been sent to Israel to glean like Ruth along the edges of the newly ripened harvest fields and to make connections that will be pivotal when she returns to Kenya. Her fragrance upon returning to Africa will spark and fuel many into not just words, but action…

I kept hovering in the Spirit over a huge lake in this region of Africa, that was teaming with fish of many sizes and colors and the land all around was rich in minerals and resources to replenish, heal and restore the nation of Israel after its horrific trial.

Dharshini was a name that was repeated throughout the dream. Of the 12 gates that I saw, two were named after precious gems – Sapphire ספיר and Porit – פורית, a golden-yellow stone that resembled Topaz. Another gate was named דם – Blood.

Dean used this dream as a roadmap as he navigated the region like a gentle bulldozer, carefully and lovingly turning over the fallow ground to reveal its Kingdom treasures so that they could also be raised up to fulfill this highly unlikely yet essential mission – the rising up of what was once known as the dark continent which will be transformed in the Light of יהוה. And I heard a deep, rich guttural sound of salvation, healing and deliverance rising up. The words from Isaiah 45:3 “treasures of darkness and riches stored in a secret place” will become a theme song to be declared in many melodies and tongues!

While hovering over a map of the region after awakening from this dream, these places stood out:

1. Fort Portal, Uganda
2. Ukora Island on Lake Victoria
3. Mt Kenya National Park Sirimon Gate
4. Sololo, Kenya
5. Port-Gentil, Gabon

These and many other locations that will soon be revealed seem to be the most unlikely places to highlight, but that’s the point because the new breed of Zechariah 1:17-21 prophetic artists will rise up into the fullness of their callings from little known, even somewhat despised regions.

And I felt led to pray that they would NOT be taken to the big cities where their gifts would be showcased like lions in a cage to be corrupted or perverted into performance based ministries, but instead that they would stay in regions near their homes to be lifted up and trained by true spiritual mothers and fathers who are embedded with a moral compass. In this way these treasures will be prepared to lift up many others in Africa, Israel and other nations when the time comes.

While listening to this song, several things stood out:

* Our daughter Deborah wrote the first part from Psalm 27:4 –

‎אַחַת שָׁאַלְתִּי מֵאֵת־יְהוָה אוֹתָהּ אֲבַקֵּשׁ שִׁבְתִּי בְּבֵית־יְהוָה כָּל־יְמֵי חַיַּי.

One thing I have asked from the L-rd, that I shall seek: that I may dwell in the house of the L-rd all the days of my life.

She is a pre-believing prophetic artist whose health is very poor, another most unlikely candidate who will also soon be raised up to take her place in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

* German youth will come to serve and help fuel this movement in Africa. It’s a small way that they can express gratitude for the many Africans who came to share the Gospel in the modern “dark continent” called Europe.

* I began to cry upon hearing these song lyrics – “You call us by name; You know everything about us!”

This is SO true! The G-d of Israel is calling many highly unlikely people by name to know Him and to serve Him. These are His Kingdom treasures!
