Dream of Reassembling

Two brilliant Israeli boys with golden hair were given to me to care for. They had a natural inclination to not only understand high-tech issues, but could actually absorb them and even become them. Don’t ask me how.

But since they were kids, I wanted to make sure they built childhood memories to treasure, so I invited other young kids to come over to play outside, and they would ride horses, build forts, climb trees, go hunting and do all the things that kids do.

One day, some boys of Iranian and Iraqi descent who came to play exclaimed, “They’re just like us!” They were referring to the fact that they’re all Jewish so they have a special bond in common.

Another day, some young boys and girls of European descent, said the same thing. And a few days later some Canadian and American kids, after playing, said the same thing!

I was sitting nearby at a table with some older men who’d witnessed what the other children joyfully exclaimed and one incredulously inquired, “So is your G-d reassembling what He scattered so many centuries ago?!”

And suddenly thoughts of Yavne came flooding back to my spirit when we, the Jewish followers of the true Messiah Yeshua, were cut off from our people. I saw the remnant in the Land but also witnessed the scattering to the four winds as the Exile began and we were all separated from one another. And I was shown the hand of יהוה as He installed a preservation and restoration factor as if it was an essential car part in each one of us. This part resembled a homing device that’s placed in messenger birds.

And I was flooded with awe over the depth and enormity of the reassembly of my people, which included those of us who were previously cut off.

I awoke with a sense of profound joy and reverence in יהוה while watching Him do His mighty, miraculous work of restoration as He gathered us home.
